Services

Initial Postpartum Visit

1 hour

In Home, Office, or Telehealth

Before your appointment, you will be asked to provide a comprehensive medical history for both you and your baby. During the appointment, I will evaluate your baby's oral anatomy and tongue function. I will also observe a feeding session and measure the amount of milk transferred from the breast, using a pre and post weight. After my assessment, I will give you a personalized care plan based on our discussions. A follow up is typically scheduled.

Follow Up Visit

45 min-1 hour

In Home, Office, or Telehealth

For our follow-up visit, we will revisit the plan we've developed to evaluate its progress and make any required adjustments. Then, I will observe a feeding session and measure the milk transferred from the breast, using a pre and post weight. Following this assessment, you will receive an updated care plan based on our discussions.

Prenatal Consult

45 min-1hr

Telehealth

We will begin by addressing any questions or concerns you may have in regards to breastfeeding. We'll then cover essential topics to prepare you for breastfeeding, including how to determine if your baby is receiving enough milk, establishing a healthy milk supply, achieving a proper latch, pumping,  and exploring various breastfeeding positions.
